Our organisation’s values:
Who We Are
We are an international, youth-led creative outlet for students to publish, submit and share their work. Our organisation promotes the creative side of students, allowing them to finally have a place to shine. We allow our team and volunteers to explore the topics they’re more passionate about through a variety of different art forms, whether this includes: photography, graphic design, videos, poetry, drawings, sculptures, etc.
We want youth to be able to have creative control over their work. Rather than solely one topic, we strive to enable a platform that supports all forms of art. Students should have the ability to be present in their community, we encourage speaking up and voicing their opinions.
At TES, we have seen first-hand how creativity can help youth who identify as BIPOC, with a disability, LGBTQ+, low-income families/individuals, mental illness, newcomers to Canada, etc. You have your niche. We allow you to share it.
Values
Creativity & Expression
Supporting youth to become leaders and inspirations in their local communities, by giving them a platform to express their imagination and creative passions.
Diversity & Inclusion
Creating and cultivating a safe and inclusive working environment, where all people, regardless of differences, can come together and unite to support all forms of creation.
Responsibility
Upholding our growing responsibility as youth to spread awareness and educate ourselves and others about the issues of today.
How are we organised?
We split up our organisation into 3 departments and 3 sections:
Senior Executives, Execs and Public Volunteers.
There is no meeting or particular deadline (except if you want to join us); see below if that's the case, you are free to act whenever you want!
Publish your own work and gain volunteer hours in the process
We have created a space for students to submit any creative work they have, whether it be poetry, drawing, photography, or arts of any kind!
The steps to submit work is by heading to this link right here and follow the steps listed in the form
We are always open to new members, our current positions open are translators of any language, researchers and journalists of all types, & partnership and campaign coordinators

“The aim of our organisation is to help youth in sharing their work, improving their talents, and achieving their goals. We are glad to tell you that with cooperation with several clubs and academies over the world we’ll help you in developing your talent by posting several sporting opportunities in all sports and we’ll help you in choosing the most suitable one for you.”
