About Us:
Healing Hearts is a non-profit organization that aims to spread awareness about Mental Health. Our platforms are Instagram, YouTube, our Website, and our Carrd. By posting weekly on our main page, Instagram, having Interviews occasionally on YouTube, and having monthly essays on our website, we can accomplish our mission.
Background Story:
Healing Hearts was founded in mid-2021 during the pandemic by Sophia. Over the year, she has been able to found a successful non-profit organization with over 1,000 followers.
It all started during the pandemic when we all had pretty much nothing to do, which was the reason behind this organization. With opened eyes to starting an organization to accomplish her mission of spreading awareness about Mental Health, she finally did so in late June 2021. This was the reason why Healing Hearts is now an organization that is yet to accomplish many more goals.
How can you get involved?
As of now, we are accepting Interview Applications for undergrads, however, if you are in high school you are also free to apply! A constructed time and date that will be convenient for both you and the founder, is when the interview will be held. Also, keep in mind that the interviewer will be in the PST time zone, but should be able to work out a good time with the interviewee. Questions asked will be ranging from Mental Health to getting to know about you to the work you do for the community. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
