Our Mission
Creative Minds is an online educational-aid 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that strives to support students from grades 1-12. We hope to help students get ahead in class or even just catch up with regular coursework by guiding them on their journey to academic excellence, either through tutoring or simply providing them with high-quality educational resources. We truly believe each and every student is capable of becoming the best version of themselves, and that you can't put a price on knowledge!
Our Co-Founders
Every non-profit has a story. Ours begins with one idea, five people, and an ocean's worth of support. We began with our first meeting in early November of 2020 (virtual due to the pandemic), and we now continue to meet once a week to make sure things are just as we imagined it to be. We had our fair share of ups and downs, but we never lost hope, and we want everybody to know that they can do anything if they set their mind towards it.
Our Chain of Command
Creative Minds is organized into four branches led by our co-founders that collaborate efficiently to promote our organization and provide high-quality experiences for students and volunteers.
The Human Resources Department focuses on external relations through partnerships and sponsors as well volunteer management and customer satisfaction. The Social Media Department is in charge of our social media platforms, creating educational content to maximize engagement, and they work closely with the Marketing Department, which works to expand brand awareness and gain more customers. Lastly, the Product Department oversees all Creative Minds services such as group courses, individual tutoring, and our website, etc.
Within each department, there are managers who oversee teams of general volunteers, and they are in charge of providing training when appropriate and collaborating with each other.
